Socilet — Brand Your Dream

Campaign Terms — First 50

These terms govern participation in the Socilet First 50 Qualified Businesses campaign, operated by Socilet, Ayodhya Nagar, K-Sector, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India (GSTIN 23AZIPT3197N1ZM). By submitting an application you accept these terms.

1. Campaign name and operator

The campaign is called Socilet First 50 Qualified Businesses. It is operated by Socilet, founded 2022 by Dheeraj Tagde, at Ayodhya Nagar, K-Sector, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India. GSTIN 23AZIPT3197N1ZM. Contact: hello@socilet.in · +91 93014 99921. Socilet's official website is https://socilet.in (global: https://socilet.com); this campaign site is a promotional page and is not Socilet's primary corporate website.

2. Campaign duration

Campaign start: date to be confirmed by Socilet. Campaign runs until 50 businesses are selected or the campaign is closed. Socilet may extend, pause or close the campaign at any time; the campaign status shown on the landing page reflects the current state.

3. "First 50 qualified businesses" definition

The campaign is limited to a maximum of 50 selected businesses. "First 50" refers to the first 50 applicants who are reviewed and qualified by Socilet — not simply the first 50 applications received. Applying does not reserve a place.

4. Eligibility

  • The applicant must represent a genuine business, practice, startup or professional service.
  • The project must have a legitimate need for a website, web application, mobile application or other approved digital development work.
  • Information supplied in the application must be accurate.
  • The applicant must be able and willing to publish the required social-media video after the project is delivered.

5. Selection process

Applications are reviewed on business legitimacy, project need, clarity of requirements, suitability of scope within the campaign value, and overall campaign criteria. Selection is at Socilet's discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, approval, ₹50,000 of work, any specific feature, or any specific delivery timeline, and Socilet is not obliged to give reasons for a decision.

6. Scope approval

For selected applicants, the project scope — deliverables, features, pages/screens, revisions and timeline — is finalised and approved in writing before development begins. Work requested beyond the approved scope is quoted and charged separately at normal rates. Features not listed in the approved scope are not included.

7. Campaign value: up to ₹50,000 at ₹0 development fee

Selected eligible businesses may receive approved website, web application, mobile application or other approved digital development work with a development value of up to ₹50,000, charged at ₹0 development fee. The final approved scope may be worth less than ₹50,000.

The campaign is not a cash prize or cash offer. The value is an internal valuation of development effort. It is not redeemable for cash, credit, discount or any other benefit, and it is not transferable. The campaign is not a guaranteed free website for everyone, does not guarantee selection, and involves no automatic approval.

8. Third-party expenses

The campaign value covers Socilet's development work only. It may not include third-party expenses, which are payable by the participant directly and are clarified during scope confirmation. These can include:

  • Domain registration and renewal
  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure
  • Paid APIs and third-party integrations
  • Payment gateway fees
  • SMS, WhatsApp and email services
  • Premium plugins and premium themes
  • App store developer fees
  • External licences, stock media and other third-party software or services

9. Project scope limitations

Content (text, images, product data, credentials) is supplied by the participant unless the approved scope says otherwise. Ongoing maintenance, marketing, advertising spend and support beyond the agreed handover period are not included. Socilet does not guarantee any business result, revenue, ranking, traffic, lead volume or conversion outcome.

10. Changes and cancellation

Socilet may modify these terms, change campaign parameters, or cancel the campaign where required for legal, operational or capacity reasons. Where a project is already in development, Socilet will discuss a reasonable outcome with the participant. Participants may withdraw from the campaign at any time before delivery.

11. Prohibited uses

  • Reselling, transferring or monetising the campaign offer.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, adult, or policy-violating businesses and content.
  • Spam, scraped-content or low-quality mass-produced websites.
  • Applications made on behalf of a business without authority.

12. Duplicate applications

One application per business. Duplicate or multiple applications from the same business, person or contact details may be consolidated into a single application or disqualified.

13. Disqualification

Socilet may disqualify an application or end participation where information is found to be false or misleading, where the participant becomes unresponsive, where the agreed video requirement is refused after selection, or where these terms are breached.

14. Campaign participation agreement

The application form does not contain the full participation agreement. After selection and before development begins, the participant is asked to accept a separate Campaign Participation Agreement acknowledging the approved scope, the up-to-₹50,000 development value, that the campaign is not a cash offer, that third-party costs may apply, that scope must be approved before development, and the post-delivery video expectation. Acceptance is never pre-selected; Socilet records the application reference, agreement version, acceptance status and acceptance timestamp.

15. Video requirement (after project completion)

No video is required to apply. After the approved project is completed and delivered, the participant publishes one genuine short-form video, recommended length 30–60 seconds, on at least one eligible public social-media platform. The video should share the participant's authentic experience in their own words.

  • Tag Socilet's official account on platforms that support tagging.
  • Include the campaign hashtag #Socilet50.
  • The content must be genuine, accurate and not misleading.
  • Follow the rules of the platform it is posted on, and any applicable advertising or material-connection disclosure requirements.

Socilet does not require positive reviews, scripted praise, false claims, misleading statements or guaranteed-result claims. The participant remains responsible for their own published content.

16. Content-use permission

The participant owns their video. Socilet does not claim ownership of it and does not assume any reuse rights by default. Permission to repost or feature campaign content — on Socilet's social accounts, on the Socilet website, in case studies, in Meta advertising or in other Socilet marketing materials — is requested separately and may be declined. Where granted, Socilet records the permission status, version, consent timestamp and application reference. Permission may be withdrawn for future use by contacting Socilet, although content already published or distributed may not always be retrievable.

17. Privacy and data processing

Application data is processed for campaign evaluation and communication as described in the Privacy Policy, including the consent timestamp and marketing attribution parameters recorded with the application.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These campaign terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the campaign.

This document is a plain-language policy prepared for the campaign. Socilet should have it reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before large-scale advertising, and update the placeholders for legal entity name, registered address and jurisdiction.
