Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for campaign projects and for normal paid work.
Campaign projects
Selected campaign projects carry a ₹0 development fee, so there is no development payment to refund. If either side cancels before delivery, no development charge applies.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, cloud infrastructure, paid APIs, payment gateway fees, SMS/email services, premium plugins and themes, app store developer fees, external licences and similar third-party services are purchased directly by the participant or billed at cost. Those charges follow the refund rules of the relevant provider and are not refundable by Socilet. Applicable third-party costs are clarified during scope confirmation.
Out-of-scope and paid work
Work agreed outside the campaign scope is quoted separately. For those engagements, cancellation before work starts incurs no charge; once work has started, completed work is payable pro rata as set out in the project agreement.
Cancellation by Socilet
Socilet may end participation where campaign terms are breached, information is false, or the participant becomes unresponsive. Any amounts paid for work not delivered are refunded.

This document is a plain-language policy prepared for the campaign. Socilet should have it reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before large-scale advertising, and update the placeholders for legal entity name, registered address and jurisdiction.
