Analytics and advertising tools
This site may load measurement tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager to understand campaign performance. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block them using your browser or device settings and still submit an application.
Storage and security
Applications are stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to Socilet's server-side systems. The application data is not publicly readable and cannot be queried from the browser. Access is limited to team members who need it for campaign review.
Retention
Application data is retained for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your application data, or withdraw consent for further communication, by emailing hello@socilet.in. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer consider your application.
Participation agreement and content permission records
If you are selected, we additionally store your acceptance of the Campaign Participation Agreement (application reference, agreement version, status and acceptance timestamp) and, separately and only if you grant it, your content-use permission (permission status, version and consent timestamp). Content-use permission is optional, is never pre-selected, and can be withdrawn for future use by emailing us.
Cookies
Essential functionality uses browser session storage to remember your campaign attribution during your visit. Measurement tools, when enabled, may set their own cookies as described above.
This document is a plain-language policy prepared for the campaign. Socilet should have it reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before large-scale advertising, and update the placeholders for legal entity name, registered address and jurisdiction.
